We have an amazing opportunity for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The core function of this role will be to grow the Hollywoodbets Affiliate Program through online exposure. As part of the role, the Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will assist with queries, and support the Affiliate Marketing Team and Hollywoodbets Digital Marketing Teams.

You Bring:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in the digital marketing industry.

A Bonus To Have:

• Diploma preferably in Marketing, Communication or a related field

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Assist with the creation and upload of high-quality blog content relevant to our affiliate program and target audience.
• Develop and manage a monthly email newsletter specifically for affiliates, keeping them informed of program updates, promotional opportunities, and best practices.
• Create and maintain a dedicated LinkedIn social media account for the Affiliate Program, fostering engagement and attracting new partners.
• Assist the Affiliate Marketing Specialist with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials for the affiliate platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with monitoring content performance metrics and reporting on the metrics
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service to affiliates, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
• Manage a designated portfolio of affiliates, ensuring they have access to the latest marketing materials, promotional offers, and program updates.
• Proactively identify and reach out to dormant affiliates, implementing strategies to re-engage them and re-activate their participation in the program.
• Conduct thorough site audits for all new affiliate applications, verifying traffic sources, target audience relevance, and adherence to Hollywoodbets' affiliate marketing guidelines.
• Research and identify new affiliate partnership opportunities that align with Hollywoodbets' target audience and marketing goals (working under the guidance of senior specialists).
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials (banners, landing pages) specifically tailored for affiliate partners (may involve collaboration with the design team).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all affiliate activity and performance data.

• Knowledge of digital marketing preferably: professional social media marketing, SEO content, and blog content.
• Knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
