Admin Officer: Material Management at Ampath

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics

Required Experience:

• Experience in pathology laboratory environment,
• Knowledge: Google and Google Mail,
• Knowledge: Meditech system,
• Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MM  and General facilities Maintenance,
• Maintain good client relations in order to promote the image of Ampath,
• Perform ad hoc support in accordance with departmental requirements,
• Perform and coordinate all administration tasks related to MCC (Medical Control Council) products,
• Perform and coordinate all administration tasks related to new and existing products from current and potential Suppliers,
• Perform and coordinate MM Helpdesk administration tasks to ensure the effective functioning of processes and service delivery
