Job Description

• Provide the necessary support to the Life and Investments Financial advisor.

Requirements

• Has a Gr 12 qualification;
• 2 years of relevant experience;
• Must be computer literate,;
• Strong administrative and financial skills;
• NQF4 qualification in relation to insurance will be an advantage;
• RE5 qualification would be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing of information on internal systems
• Support in general administration
• Support in claims administration
• Support in credit life administration and sessions
• Support in administration of wills and Trusts
• Liaison with customers and Insurers
• Handling of life insurance quotes and summaries
