    Account Manager - Bloemfontein

    Job Advert Summary    

    • Clover is looking for an experienced Account Manager: Surromel to join the Commercial team. The success individual will be responsible for maximising sales of surromel in the specific region identitified. The position will support our Heilbron (Free State) branch and or our Howick (KZN) branch.

    Requirements    

    • Degree
    • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
    • Experience in working with senior management.
    • People management experience
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Computer literacy (Advanced)
    • Code 08 Driver's license
    • Travel off-site/overnight stay

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    Create demand from potential users.        

    • Visit farmers on planned cycle/route.
    • Promote product to customer considering the animal life cycle.        
    • Promote products to agents with promo-materials and trade visits.      
    • Give expert advice on product use considering farming requirements.  

    Ensure supply of products to agents.        

    • Ensure agents stock Surromel.        
    • Ensure correct price structure.        
    • Ensure communication and visit to clients (relationship building)        
    • Ensure correct stock control and product handling principals are adhered to.    
    • Ensure display in store is up to standard.

    Performance administrative processes.        

    • Complete weekly and monthly planning reports.
    • Collect info to ensure data build-up for adequate market analysis.        
    • Provide annual marketing plan (next year) and report on current year.
    • Provide administration for all sales transactions.
    • Liaise with relevant internal parties regarding transactions.
