Academic Projects Coordinator at Eduvos

The Position:

• Coordinate all academic-related projects within the academic environment to ensure alignment with institutional strategy and to support the effective rollout of academic delivery; as well as creating reports, dashboards and other visualizations based on data associated with faculty needs to support decision-making.

Minimum Requirements    
Minimum qualification:

• Relevant Project Management Undergraduate Degree; Qualification in Information Technology or Statistics will be advantageous.

Experience:

• At least three years of project management experience in a higher education environment with experience in data models and reporting packages.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Responsibilities:
As the Academic Projects Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Maintain and coordinate various project documents
• All project-related plans, dashboards, documents and templates should be kept up-to-date and maintained

Project communication

• Schedule and coordinate all project-related workstream meetings
• Ensures regular feedback loops to project workstreams
• Maintain project related dashboards
• Regular feedback to workstream leads

Project Risk Management

• Identify risks and develop appropriate logs
• Ongoing risk monitoring
• Close monitoring of mitigation plans as projects progress

Operational improvement

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
• Schedule and coordinate evaluation sessions at the end of project cycles

Faculty data analytics

• Provide and present faculty with data analytics from relevant Eduvos’ systems to inform academic delivery and intervention needs
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement
