Job description

Key Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring the implementation of the HSE strategy and action plans as well as compliance with, and maintenance of standards.
• Taking the lead in the development and delivery of the complex’s operational strategy and business plan as they relate to Health, Safety and Environment, Production and Business Improvement initiatives.
• Liaising with other support departments to ensure that the business plan is executable and that systems and processes are in place to review, track and monitor performance and correct where necessary.
• Taking the lead in ensuring the identification, evaluation and where viable, the implementation and tracking of business improvement initiatives.
