MAKING IT HAPPEN
The primary role of the inQuba, Senior Sales Executive/s, is to make it happen i.e. continue to grow and build out the B2B inQuba enterprise customer base. This role be summarised as follows:
- Have input into the sales strategy,
- Work with inside sales on lead generation by providing sales, vertical and solution expertise,
- B2B selling in both the enterprise and mid-tier sectors of the market,
- Work closely with the customer success team to help drive expansion opportunities,
- Be able to engage at a C-suite level and navigate the sales process in a typical B2B environment.
THE RIGHT STUFF
The individual would require the following experience as a minimum:
- Experience and successful track-record in selling early-adopter technology to C-level executives is a pre-requisite,
- Experience in the ‘Customer Domain’ e.g. CRM, Marketing automation software, Engagement software, Panel/Market Research software,
- A rapid learner and lateral thinker who is able to easily transition between marketing, customer experience and technology discussions,
- A hands-on individual who can easily navigate between strategy and detail,
- Level of Geekiness required – must be at ease with technology and interested in how stuff works,
- An IT degree, Engineering degree, Marketing degree or similar with strong technical background a pre-requisite for the job,
- Minimum of 8 years B2B software sales and business development with proven record of success,
- Be prepared to work for a performance based remuneration package by carrying a sales quota,
- Must be a self-starter and ability to work alone and as a team.
