The Talent Acquisition team is on the hunt for newly qualified CA's or CIMA candidates to fill the role of Management Accountant within our dynamic Consumer Division.

This position will be based in Bronkhorstspruit and report to the Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone that has the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines as well as being an analytical thinker.

This role will be dealing with key issues in providing support and technical input to the commercial and operations teams to deliver insightful analysis, drive process improvement (operations and reporting) in line with the RCL FOODS strategy and ultimately maximize business value.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of financial modeling principles an advantage.
• Understanding of IT Systems (SAP, BI Cube, Microsoft Office suite).
• Computer literacy (MS Office and especially proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint).
• IFRS & Valuation principles.

Minimum Requirements:

• CA (SA)/ CIMA.
• FMCG / Manufacturing experience advantageous.
• SAP experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Through close interaction with senior management, financial accounting teams, operations and other functional stakeholders, deliver on the following:

• Capex Management.
• Cost Centre Management and Maintenance.
• Stock Take Management.
• Reporting.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Information & Data Management.
• Technical Expertise.
• Projects and Ad-hoc;
• Drive optimisation of current financial operations to realise strategic objectives of the business.
• Responsible for the implementation of SIA projects in areas of responsibility.
• Review of contract proposals for commercial sense.
