Job description
MiX Telematics has a vacancy for a SOC Administrator. The position is based in Stellenbosch, Cape Town and reports to the SOC Manager. The SOC Administrator will provide 24x7x365 proactive and reactive support on all technologies servicing MiX Telematics regional offices and clients globally, working within a team on a rotating shift basis.
We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, takes initiative, has a proven track record of service excellence, and who fits the company culture and values. The successful candidate will also be able to work well under pressure and must be a team player, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
