JOB ROLE
- Create brand awareness through appropriate PR opportunities
- Maximise campaigns through external and internal channels
- TV Sponsorships & stylist coordinator
- Management of brand influencers – have existing relationships with influencers and constantly seeking new influencers that are brand appropriate
- Coordinate fashion workshops with external clients
- Dress code – development of seasonal dress code guidelines for store staff and assistance with staff tees
- Coordinate Staff internal events – liaise between business and field operations teams to ensure correct venues are booked, budget adhered to and content applicable for the day
- Internal video production – coordinate business requirement with external supplier, liaise with supplier to ensure content correct and applicable
- Event coordination – book venues, arrange entertainment, contract & price negotiation, arrange agenda/coordinate content for events, book travel requirements
- Event Presenter – comfortable to present a variety of topics to small & large audiences
- Preparation of ROI documents for any PR activities
- Occasional local travel
KEY STRENGTHS
- 2-3 years event coordination experience
- 2-3 years PR/Digital experience
- Strong communication/relationship building skills
- Strong copywriting skills/writing for online audiences
- Understanding of how to develop media relations
- Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to cope with pressure
- Creativity, imagination and initiative
- Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.

DAILY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’ll be responsible for planning Digital PR initiatives to support campaigns/content/marketing calendars
- You’ll regularly research and source partners/influencers (bloggers etc), create relationships and build media databases
- You’ll use search and social insight to rank partners/influencers in accordance to brand objectives
- You will develop communication plans with budgets, schedules, priorities, responsibilities and briefs; identifying key influencers (such as blogs, social media profiles, potential partners etc.) that will help increase brand visibility
- You will liaise with various business departments to coordinate different events including booking venues, contract & price negotiation, content and agenda planning
- You will be able to create presentations across a variety of mediums and present comfortably in front of various audiences
