We are looking for a top notch technical recruiter to source developers from around the world for new tech companies entering the African continent.

Requirements:

Must have experience in some of the following field

• Responsible for the operation side of the business
• Must have experience with following recruitment field of expertise:
• BI developer
• PHP Developer
• DevOps Engineer
• Linux System Administrator
• Full stack devs in general
• Android
• iOS
• 3+ years recruiting in the IT industry
• Strong sales skills
• Must be organized and keep meticulous records
• Team player with a proactive, positive mindset
• Must have excellent written and spoken English skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Proven Track Record

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process
• Targeted searching via several platforms
• Short listing of resumes vs. job description requirements
• Determine if the candidate has the required skills
• Scheduling interviews with internal and external counterparts
• Present and close job offers
• Must be capable of handling many job orders at once
