    Product Auditor

    Job description

    The main purpose of the job is to carry a function of measuring and reporting the quality level of our products by the means of Product Audit. Measure the capability of the production process by the means of Partial Audits. Assist and support the production process in quality matters.

    Job Objectives

    • Perform Product Audits according to Manual and plans.
    • Perform Partial Audits according to Instructions.
    • Perform Incoming Inspections and Cab Audits/Inspections.
    • Give feedback to the different workstations based on remarks found in Product Audit.
    • Monitor the correct use of Job and Inspection cards.
    • Advise Leaders and Assemblers in the correct way of assembly.
    • Awareness and Training on Assemblers. E.g CC, Cleanliness process, GOK, Battery Handling and DDS.
    • Take part in Global Auditor exercises.
    • Assist in coordination of Internal and External Campaigns with production teams.

    Requirements

    • Matric (with mathematics).
    • 5 years vehicle assembly experience
    • Relevant Quality inspection experience is advantageous.
    • Code 14 Drivers License
    • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
    • Must meet medical restrictions.(SIGHT/COLOUR/HEARING)
    • Willing to travel.
