    The Graduate will be responsible for supporting in implementation of the Performance Management strategy in order to increase individual, team and organisational effectiveness, along with ensuring alignment across all HR functions

    The Graduate reports to the Performance Management Consultant. The position will interface with the CoE and Opco stakeholders and the Shared Services Hub (SSH) (not limited to) via Oracle workflows and non-Oracle workflows in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

    Key Deliverables

    • Support in the implementation of performance strategy, methodology, principles, practices and tools in alignment with business requirements
    • Provide input into the design of performance mechanisms, tools, systems, policies and procedures
    • Implement and monitor controls and procedures within the performance processes to ensure fair practices and alignment between divisional and organisational strategy
    • Support the development of standards, policies, guidelines and practices to support the effective execution of performance management in conjunction with the Performance Manager
    • Participate in defining, creating and maintaining the performance calibration committees
    • Support the inculcation of a performance management culture at MTN
    • Participate in and design material for performance overview sessions with line management to ensure understanding of performance management processes as well as the application of methodological principles
    • Participate in tracking and monitoring implementation of performance management practices across the business and initiate interventions to minimise gaps and address areas of concern
    • Ensure IPF (KPA,KPI) is aligned and supports the MTN Group HR and business objectives
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and internal / external best practice by continuous monitoring of internal and external environments.
    • Maintain compliance obligations
    • Assist in reviewing and developing Performance Management cycle and calendar in alignment with the implementation and rollout guidelines
    • Assist in transformational initiatives within HR CoE’s, as applicable and drive the required change

    You must have the following:

    Education

    Minimum of 4 year Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology

    Experience

    Advanced MS Excel skills
