OTC Sales Representative (Nelspruit) at RB

A fantastic opportunity is available for an OTC Sales Representative (Nelspruit) to join RB’s Sales Pharma team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of agreed Sales Targets. You will be responsible for effective implementation of the 4 P’s strategy. You will need to develop and maintain relations to monitor business developments and provide excellent merchandising and selling skills. You will be required to have an in- depth knowledge of RB and relevant competitor product and a very good understanding of the disease areas and categories within the RBP range of products. Therefore you will also need to monitor competitor activities in the implementation of appropriate response and proactive strategies.

As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic Sales Pharma team, you will be providing continuous training and detailing and also implement and share best practice amongst colleagues and across the business.

Is this you?

• Strong sense of urgency and dynamic problem solver.
• Very strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships and good interpersonal skills.
• Independent, motivated self- starter and goal orientated.
• 3- 5 years working experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or FMCG sales field.
• Matric qualification as well as N. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be a RSA citizen with a valid driver’s license.
