Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive PA to manage the office of an Executive Director’s office at top leading financial services Group. The role reports to the Executive Director and is based in Sandton. The desired candidate would have strong Exec Assistant experience at Board Level, independent worker, proactive, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
Outputs and Accountabilities
The successful incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Diary management
- Screening calls
- Minute taking
- Travel arrangements (local & international)
- Managing correspondence
- Managing customer queries and escalations
- General administrative duties
- Provide support to other staff in the executive management office
- Coordinating and distributing documents e.g. board packs and other relevant materials
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Business Administration diploma or certificate (advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite at an advanced level essential
- 10 years relevant experience, minimum of 5 years experience operating at Executive PA level in a corporate origination
- Experience working within a large corporate organization
