    Trainer

    Job description

    Key responsibilities

    • The Trainer will be part of the Group Operations Team and will support the JUMO Customer Services and Operations Team.
    • Conduct JUMO product training to MNO staff at various levels
    • Customer Services Administration – viewing console & analyses of basic data
    • Draft training material & training preparation
    • Provide input / assist with product development related to customer requirements
    • Continuous improvement on training to enable effective customer services
    • Manage relationships with Operations teams
    • Support and assist the development of the JUMO training strategy and roadmap
    • Training tool adoption

    Skills and competencies

    Requirements (Qualifications and Experience)

    • Grade 12
    • Diploma in either marketing / sales / communication
    • Digital training / tools training / social media training qualifications would be advantageous
    • Minimum 2-3yrs training experience
    • Proven track record of exceptional administrative ability
    • Training presentation and material development experience
    • Call centre / customer service / digital training / strategy experience is highly desirable
    • Experience working in African territory would be highly desirable

    • Communicates professionaly and clearly in oral and written forms
    • Attention to detail with inner drive for accuracy and meeting deadlines

    • Team-player, friendly, able to manage diversity within the team
