Office Manager at Doble Engineering Company

Job description

The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing all of the administrative and bookkeeping activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. This position will be located out of our Durban office.

EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVE:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Administration, Bookkeeping or Equivalent Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 2 years of working experience as an office manager or bookkeeoer/accountant.
• Have team spirit and work enthusiasm.
• Work experience in bookkeeping.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint.)
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience working with an ERP system preferably Navision.
• Handling of expenses.

OTHER HELPFUL EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

• Previous work experience with an US based company.
• Previous work experience with an engineering and/or sales office.
