    Job description

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    • Full fleet management
    • Licensing and registrations
    • Fuel cards
    • Vehicles tracking
    • E-tolls
    • Traffic fines

    REPORTING STRUCTURE

    RESPONISIBILITIES

    • Fleet Management
    • Point of contact between all businesses and service provider for fleet related queries
    • Various reports owner / administrator
    • Licensing and Registrations
    • Coordinate proactively license renewals, vehicles registrations and transfers of ownership
    • Review and maintain licenses and registrations reports
    • Fuel Cards
    • Ordering process
    • Dispatch of new cards
    • Review report, analyze spend behaviors and report / address abnormalities
    • Invoices verification
    • Tracking / E-tolls
    • Review and analyze tracking report
    • Issue report monthly Operation Integrity
    • Report abnormal behaviors
    • Pull data for specific vehicles
    • E-tags management
    • Traffic fines
    • Maintain report
    • Fines consolidation and recharge to employee(s)
    • Proxy for SGS vehicles (authorized to nominate a representative at other sites)
    • SPECIFIC AUTHORITIES
    • Authorized to maintain various reports

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education - Tertiary Qualification (preferred)
    • Experience - Fleet Management / coordination (2 years)
    • Licensing and registration regulations
    • Database management
    • Report writing
    •  IT Competencies
    • Proficient on MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
    • Database Management
