The role is based in Pretoria and will be responsible for leading the financial and accounting functions of the Pretoria-Johannesburg Division, reporting into the Regional Finance Director.

- Lead, and ensure timely completion of, all divisional financial and accounting functions, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Assist in company internal audit
- Maintain and develop a strong system of internal controls
- Streamline divisional costs and reporting procedures
- Work with other divisional and departmental leaders as required
- Maintain compliance with local GAAP, SOX and IFRS.
- Manage and train a team of 3 direct reports, reporting into Regional Finance Director
- Eligible to work in the RSA.
- Strong FP&A, reporting background with 5+ years’ experience within the construction industry.
- A well-rounded financial skillset (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
