An opportunity exists within our International Trade Department!

We are looking to employ a Trade Agreement Administrator to take responisblity for updating, obtaining, coordinating and administering all documentation and activities with regards to Trade Agreements.

The successful incumbent will require working knowledge of HS codes and Customs requirements on Trade Agreements.

Demonstrate excellent computer literacy - MS Office and MS Excel skills.

JOB OBJECTIVES

• To ensure that all Trade Agreement Database upgrades are maintained.
• To ensure that all Compliance documents from suppliers via buyers are drawn up accurately and timeously and followed up regularly. To collate effective communication with Buying on a continuous basis.
• To ensure that all reports will be kept of all information by filing and auditing of databases are completed on a quarterly basis.
• To ensure that all databases are accurately and timeousnesly captured.
• To ensure that accurate quality of qualification on databases are updated and maintaining flagging on system.

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Trade Agreement Courses, particularly in Africa

Experience:

• (2-5) years experience as a Entry Clerk with specialist training and exposure to trade agreements in Africa is advantageous.
