    Organisational Development Practitioner

    Job Description

    DEPARTMENT : People Support (HR)

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The incumbent will provide a range of organisational development services to support the implementation of key strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organisation. The role includes providing advice and support aimed at building organisational cohesion, health and employee satisfaction.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyse company OD needs through client interaction;
    • Select and propose a variety of OD interventions to meet clients’ needs;
    • Design, develop and facilitate learning material for OD interventions;
    • Facilitate Team interventions and Change management initiatives;
    • Provide Project management of multiple OD interventions organisation-wide;
    • Assist in driving company culture through various interventions.

    JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma / Degree in organisational development / social sciences;
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in organisational development;
    • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
    • Willingness to travel overseas (valid passport);
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends/consequences and create innovative strategies and flexible plans;
    • Sound understanding of corporate and commercial principles and processes;
    • Experience in e-learning principles will be advantageous;
    • Competencies required: Ability to multitask; work under pressure; relationship building; planning, organising and control and sound business acumen.
