    Community Development Manager

    Job Description

    Purpose of the Job

    Within our growing Marketing team, we have our own in-house agency, including a full service digital complement, We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual to take over the Community Management from a Social media point of view, for a number of brands within our exciting portfolio.

    Key Performance Areas

    • You’ll need to have bags of initiative.
    • Energy, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour.
    • Ensure reporting and insights are managed against targets set.
    • Unpaid and Paid social media management for a number of brands.
    • Maintaining Brand CI and DNA standards across all brands and media.
    • Creative thought leader that can brainstorm and conceptualise across Social platforms.
    • You should be able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules.
    • Develop creative ideas and concepts across a variety of mediums for internal and external communication.
    • Developing creative campaign elements based on a brief provided by various departments within the business.
    • Ensure Social Media Campaigns are successfully integrated to the overall digital campaign management and performance.
    • A strong communicator: the ability to articulate and support strategic and design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy.
    • Ability to respond directly to Customer Care issues: escalate to required parties for answers, and feed back to client as efficiently and effectively as possible.
    • Liaise with Brand Managers and relevant BU/ Senior Management, Development Department and Product Specialists regarding design requirements, progress, rationale and creative ideas.
    • Working in close collaboration with the Head, Communications Brand Managers, Digital Campaign Manager and Creative Team to provide creative ideas and solutions and meet brand strategic requirements.

    Educational Requirements

    • A Diploma/ Degree in Marketing Management, with a focus on Digital; Copywriting; PR; Brand Strategy or Journalism.

    Required Skills/Experience

    • Minimum 2-4 years agency experience
    • Experience with Social Media and Customer Care Brand Behaviour
    • Ability to work independently without direct supervision from concept to creation
    • Ability to handle customer care complaints/ fast-track to management or customer care/ real-time resolution.
    • Ability to work in partnership across all of our departments to produce the best response to creative briefs in the desired digital medium and to the highest quality
