Job description
NEW:
The CCO is primarily concerned with ensuring the integrated commercial success of the company. Role requires a combination or technical knowledge of the business model and organisation with strong marketing and business development skills. He/ She must lead, motivate and direct the Sales and Account Management Teams to translate the company's strategy into results. This will require experience in a senior commercial capacity and the ability to drive team members to achieve success against their objectives. Drive business development and execution of commercialization strategy for i-Pay. Build a commercialization infrastructure and organization to drive market adoption of the company’s product(s) and be responsible for revenue growth within the organization. Take global perspective market opportunities, lead in assessment and prioritization of geographic as well as EFT market segments. Oversee the entire sales team and monitor productivity to ensure the company meets its long-term objectives. Position reports to the CEO and COO.
