Job Purpose

Edit all proposal content for TPS Global Proposals & Presentations team; support proposal managers with writing/editing; deliver training proposals workshops to P&P team and TPS Sales teams globally; deputise for team head when necessary

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Support team with writing/editing of proposals; build relationships across the TPS global business to support key deliverables; assist with training in the P&P team and TPS Sales teams globally; acquire knowledge of the bank and TPS’s global business and client offerings; build bank’s profile in the proposal management community through involvement and membership in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP)

Key Performance Measures

• Accreditation APMP Practitioner (membership of APMP compulsory to get this accreditation)
• Training sessions for the P&P team and global sales teams
• Targeted, specific engagement of one-on-one sessions with stakeholders
• Formalised training sessions

Important Relationships

• Internal stakeholders include the global TPS Sales team, and Working Capital Analytics; TPS Product globally; TPS Sales globally; Marketing
• External stakeholders include: APMP

Preferred Qualification and Experience

• 10 years in an editing role
• Good business experience is required.
• Excellent communicator – verbal and written, people skills, ability to work with people at all levels.
