Purpose:

• To complete SAICA approved Accounting Articles in order to qualify as Chartered Accountants.
• A formal training model is in place whereby trainee accountants, through practical experience, simulations, case studies and courses can develop expertise in all the core topics within the various divisions of the Shoprite Group of Companies.
• The Finance department operates in a professional environment that facilitates the development of professional values such as ethics, integrity, responsibility and life-long learning - not only through example said by mentors, but also via relevant training courses.
• Shoprite Group of Companies will be commited to invest both time and money in succesful candidates who wish to build a secure, and acquire a prestigious financial qualification with Africa's largest retailer.

• Essential: BCom (Hons) (Accounting Sciences) or BAcc (Hons) or BCompt (Hons) or CTA
