Purpose
- To be responsible for the management of the full sales cycle for a group of defined accounts on a regional basis
- Accountabilities
- Strategy
- Develop an effective client strategy as per the MSA methodology
- Formally review and communicate the client strategy to the relevant parties in alignment with BCX’s standards
- Monitor progress against the client strategy on an on-going basis
- Operations
- Manage Sales CRM system for financial/pipeline/forecast and customer information
- Financial
- Effectively manage the sales activities to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives within the agreed budgets
- Meeting allocated Debtors and Invoicing targets
- Customer
- The need to be customer focused in order to ensure that BCX is viewed as a strategic business partner
- Conduct BU and/or Vendor/Supplier Events
- Key Relationships / Stakeholder relationships
- Regional Management, Regional Business Cluster, Business Support Functions – e.g. HR, BSO, Legal, Business Partners, Clients, Peers, Competencies
