Role:
Functions of the Business Development Executive;
- Expand products and solutions into new and existing market verticals.
- Accomplish new accounts monthly in accordance with agreed targets.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Initiate new methods and strategies to overcome entry barriers.
- Establish a credible sales funnel.
- Manage the sales process from initiation through to implementation stage.
- Take briefs from client requirements for product and solution development. Use a consultative approach to evaluate client needs and offer solutions.
- Compile proposals with business motivations including ROI.
- Present solutions at board level
Skills and expertise required:
- Experience in business improvement related to training and development at operations level.
- Networking skills
- Product and solutions experience;
- Mobile Enterprise applications; e.g. Training, surveys, inspections, assessments, business process optimization.
- Use of and deployment of LMS and training solution software.
- Presenting to and interact at executive level.
- Consultative Solution Selling.
- Provide accurate briefs to the finance and technical team for proposal compilation.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and formulate conceptual solutions in accordance with company framework.
- Plan and execute business and sales strategies.
- Ability to “explore” business opportunities / needs with customers and to accurately identify specific solutions which deliver the required ROI for clients.
- A good track record of building strong professional relationships.
- Inter- dependent team interaction.
