    BOH Manager

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: 

    • To be responsible for managing product life cycles from entry to exit 
    • To drive productivity of stock movements in relation to delivery receiving and transfers 
    • To take ownership over the implementation of Heart of House and Management of Stockroom Layouts and its maintenance 
    • To execute store operations with specific focus on product and consumer service in line with brand image 
    • To use his/her expertise and experience to provide feedback and coaching opportunities to subordinates and store team 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Awareness of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store 
    • Uses retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor 
    • Is a role model for stockroom operations ensuring all processes adhered to whilst providing feedback on ideas and suggestions on driving productivity to line manager and store team 
    • Ownership for completing deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures 
    • Accurately records and manages all stock movement in and out of store via IC processes or Omnichannel within a timely manner 
    • Works as one with line manager to ensure adequate consumables are provided to create an effective environment, highlighting issues to line manager where require 
    • Responsible for Inventory accuracy within the flagship environment executing cycle counts and controlling adjustments in line with line manager and store team 
    • Ownership of all stockroom health and safety topics, checks and complies with all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment 
    • Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to line manager and store management to drive commercial success 
    • Provides strong leadership skills in order to guide and train own team on Stockroom Operations, managing performance via the Company Performance system (#MyBest) with the support of HR Manager and line manager where required 
    • Collaborates productively and respectfully with all team members acting as one Store Team to meet or exceed store goals 
    • Makes himself/herself available to support other team members when needed 
    • Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive his/her development and increase performance

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

    • Adapts communication style to service both internal and external consumers dependent on the situation 
    • Flexibly adapts approach to accommodate the needs of multiple internal and external consumers at the same time 
    • Deals professionally with difficult situations 
    • Uses retail and commercial expertise to drive overall store sales by prioritising the consumer and brand at all times whether it be by Omnichannel or by flow of merchandise to the sales floor 
    • Supports team by actively helping where required by line manager 
    • Is thorough and detail oriented in maintaining a clean and organised stockroom 
    • Stockroom management or people management experience is mandatory 

    Requisite Education and Experience: 

    • Minimum 5 years work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced process knowledge and comprehensive stock management and logistical experience, with thorough retail industry understanding 
    • Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills 
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior Stockroom Management role

    Retail Sales Associate

    JOB PURPOSE

    • Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Ensures the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
    • As needed, completes any regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc.
    • Involved indirectly with ticketing of products as well as checking paperwork against items received.
    • Assists in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill in basis. 
    • Ensure that Company assets and stock is always secured in order to alleviate shrinkage.

Greets customers in the store and assists them in finding the right product. Occasionally, serves primarily as a Greeter at the front door during busy workdays.     Visual Merchandiser Omnichannel - EM South

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Visual Merchandising Manager to implement the EM South visual merchandising standards and directives in all store concepts and formats within the specified region/area.
    • Ensure all stores within specified region/area comply with EM South standards and directives and provide a leading shopping experience for all customers.
    • Identify and communicate local store needs and best practices to the Visual Merchandising Manager, working in collaboration with retail store team, Operations Manager, DM’s and Sales team for the area/country.
    • Conduct store visits in line with the store visit plan with additional visits for identified focus stores.
    • Take Visual Merchandising decisions fact based using tools such as Space Management, Category report, Sales analysis to drive commercial focus. Analyse store Net Sales / KPIs development on a regular basis to support appropriate business decisions.
    • Train Store/Floor Managers and specified store team members within specified region/area on the Europe Visual Merchandising standards, directives and guidelines
    • Keep up-to-date on what competitors are doing and provide feedback to Visual Merchandising Manager on any current and upcoming fashion trends across the Market.  Implement locally applicable tactical solutions to competitor actions as advised by the Visual Merchandising Manager.
    • Drive macro (layout changes) and micro merchandising actions to enhance consumer flow and experience
    • Work within set budget controls.
    • Collation of seasonal/promotional Point of Sale collateral numbers and communication to Visual Merchandising Manager.
    • Drive impactful key campaign launches: ensure all windows are displayed in line with specified marketing calendar/campaigns and comply with window directives. Ensure these are presented to a high standard, including window decals, graphics and mannequins.
    • Other duties as requested by your manager.

    Store Manager

    PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

    • To drive brand and consumer experience by managing a high-volume, strategically positioned Brand Flagship store that represents the adidas brand and product in the most impactful way
    • To work in close collaboration with both the Market and Global teams to shape the strategic direction of the Brand Flagship concept in the Market
    • To lead the Store Management Team in providing an outstanding consumer experience while maintaining high operational and brand standards.
    • To drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets
    • To ensure compliance through proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver exceptional consumer experience tailored to the Brand Flagship through ensuring outstanding execution of global brand and retail operational standards
    • Foster a positive culture in the store and enable the Store Management team to create an active, authentic and consumer-centric culture in the store
    • Understand the concept and strategic importance of the Brand Flagship store and think broadly for the organization when setting the direction of the store and creating brand advocacy
    • Develop and lead the execution of a visionary, well thought-out business plan for the Brand Flagship
    • Provide input and feedback to different departments and global teams in order to achieve the Brand Flagship ambition
    • Support and coach the leadership team and associates to drive sales and meet key performance indicators, while managing expenses to increase profitability and drive brand advocacy
    • Partner with Store Management Teams to hire, develop and build a high performing team
    • Hold P&L accountability for the Brand Flagship store
    • Foster a collaborative working relationship with both the global and the Market organizations

    • Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained 
    • Ensure consistent implementation of all global programs, initiatives and strategies within the Brand Flagship
    • Leverage global and local tools to lead the performance management, succession, recruiting, hiring and development activities, resulting in high employee engagement
    • Promote a high-performance culture in the Brand Flagship by setting clear expectations, holding employees accountable, creating an effective and efficient work environment, and setting goals that focus the team on key drivers that impact success
    • Take clear accountability for training and execution in store in all areas, including business, operations, sales/customer service, and visual merchandising, while also coordinating with Sales Academy to ensure all employees are trained in Retail Standards
    • Ensure all team members are trained on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge in all stores 
    • Ensure timely completion of all recordkeeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance appraisals, salary reviews, counselling, disciplinary actions and terminations
    • Produce results under a variety of situations/market conditions and overcomes barriers to the company’s success in compliance with corporate guidelines
    • Work with the Store Managers to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder
