This position will be responsible for all aspects of the human resources function including;
- Managing the Leisure HR team
- Manpower planning and recruitment
- Contracting, compliance and performance management
- Learning & Development
- Organisational development
- Labour relations and Employment equity
- Statutory and operational reporting
- Manage the HR Budget, including payroll costs and variances
- Benefits administration, including recognition and rewards
- Support group initiatives including culture and engagement surveys, staff conferences and wellness programs.
