The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the creation of bespoke profile and action-effect sensitivity models that will be incorporated into an objective function that describes the KPI’s of a business area. This function will then be used to create an efficient frontier, plotting business constraints against potential profit.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of a BCom or BSc Operations Research / BBusSci / BSc Actuarial Science/ BCom Investments – majoring in Statistics with a strong academic record
- At least 5 years’ experience in building, implementing and using statistical models
- SAS Base / Enterprise Guide programming experience
- SAS Enterprise Miner programming experience advantageous
- Experienced Microsoft Office user
- Experience in retail or financial services industry advantageous
- Experience with bureau data beneficial
- Knowledge of FICO’s Decision Optimizer beneficial
