Job description

SAFETY

• Ensure risk assessments are conducted and incident reports are completed
• Quality check all risk assessments tensure we minimise any risks and maximise safety
• Quality check any incident or hazard reports tensure all learnings are obtained and built back intpractices and policies
• Quality check client policies and practices tidentify any on-site risks for our people
• Produce monthly reporting on safety statistics and adherence tpolicy
• Produce monthly safety reports as per agreed timeline and format
• Continuously improve monthly reporting thelp drive safety behaviours
• Ensure plans/ briefings in place for dangerous locations
• Detailed safety briefs completed on each location – (including any emergency procedures)
• Ensure all team members are taken through the brief and understand required behaviours and procedures on location
• Ensure our Safety policy complies with all necessary legislation
• Liaise with Legal resource tensure we comply with Safety legislation in all of the countries we operate
• Update our Safety policies where appropriate treflect legislative changes/ requirements
• Communicate changes tthe business and ensure understanding and compliance

Key Measures

• Accurate and timely Monthly Safety reporting
• Safety shares
• Internal awareness of policy
• Adherence tpolicy (eg. Safety plans/ briefs for dangerous locations, risk assessments)
• PIP pulse safety measure
• Compliance with policy and procedures
• Policy meets global safety standards/legislation

MOBILITY

• Working with the PIP Mobility team, proactively support the process of securing visas/work permits for individuals based in the Africa region;
• Researching visa options and preparation of application documentation if required;
• Subsequent follow-up tensure completion of process and providing relevant visa information tMobility team;
• Support all Africa Executive Assistants in travel / logistics arrangements for Directors
• This role requires very stron administration skills and attention tdetail.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
