Sales professional responsible for selling products and services to new and potential clients and maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients by upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities

Identifying and presenting proposals to new clients. This will include clarifying product details or service specifications and explaining the benefits the company will be able to offer. Practical demonstrations may be used to support the presentation.

Negotiating pricing and other contractual terms based on client requirements.

Preparing and renewing service agreements, administering updates, and advising existing clients of new products and services.

Maintaining a balance between achieving sales and revenue targets, while also ensuring that customer expectations on cost, functionality and quality are met.

Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry.

Generating new business leads through networking and promotional activities.

Updating knowledge and skills on a regular basis.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business (desired)

2 to 5 years’ relevant experience in selling Microsoft/IT related training products

Own transport (vehicle with driver’s license)

Fluent in English
