Supply Chain Controller - CGA at Core Group

Job description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

• Management of the outbound supply chain - CGA Territories / Apple IOR
• Management of key reports - Apple
• Management of inventory data - CGA
• Placing of Purchase Orders on Vendors – Apple CGA
• System Maintenance – CGA, CGS, Fincon, CP & MIA

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Preparation of any reporting as required by senior management
• Preparing the APR Report and submitting to Apple
• Inventory reports incl. pricing to be provided by deadline
• Maintain and record an accurate account of shipping timelines and activities
• Prepare weekly reporting on CGA sales and inventory across the various warehouses to Apple.
• Inbound Supply Chain
• Ensuring that all CGA shipments are GRV’d timeously.
• Outbound Supply Chain, ensuring that all CGA shipments are invoiced, shipped and delivered timeously.

• Nambia
• Botswana/Lesotho/Swaziland

QUALIFICATION:

BCom Degree or relevant 3 year diploma.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years in similar role
