As a Notice Processing Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operational side of the notice processing service, ensuring effective communications both within the operation and with outside parties, representing the Company as appropriate.

- To be a point of contact in the absence of the Team Leader for the Client Team in terms of operational related issues
- Delivery of all contractual requirements to the satisfaction of the client
- The ability to ensure that performance in terms of quantity and quality is contributing positively towards the operation meeting client performance indicators
- The ability to organise and motivate large numbers of contract staff
- Support the operational Team Leaders/managers in leading the operational area of the notice processing service by example whilst continually improving operational efficiency, productivity and service delivery
- Work with L&D support functions to ensure that all staff are trained to a level to enable the maintenance of the necessary skills to carry out contract functions in an efficient and proper manner
- To work closely with Team Leaders within the operational area, ensuring that they are managing their teams effectively and meeting required service levels
- To work closely with the Team Leaders and the continuous improvement team in order to identify underlying causes for performance levels in order this can be fed back to the client and senior internal management
- Display positive leadership qualities such as confidence, determination, self-sufficiency, self-motivation and persistence in meeting your objectives
- To act as relief and cover for other team leaders during periods of absence
- To work with management in promoting team working across the notice processing
The ideal candidate
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Previous experience supervising teams
- An existing working knowledge of the decriminalised traffic legislation is desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good working knowledge of payroll ideal but not essential
