    Vendor Management Consultant

    Purpose

    To asses vendor resources as well as expertise and provide management with regular reporting regarding the health of the vendor portfolio

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification - Relevant Business Management Diploma
    • Experience - 1 to 3 years relevant experience specializing in vendor management and business analysis

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
    • Administer new contracts, pricing and reviews
    • Resolve Vendor disputes and operational issues
    • Assist Sourcing Team Leader to source suppliers in line with Group standards
    • Engage with vendors to ensure that the most cost-effective benefits are derived for the bank and maintained in line with SLA’s
    • Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance
    • Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
    • Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
    • Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources

    Claims Broker I

    Purpose

    • Handle all aspects of Insurance claims for clients including relevant documentation, liaising with insurance company and advising clients

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualification : Grade 12
    • Experience : 2 years related experience
    • Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve net profit growth for business
    • Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
    • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
    • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
    • Provide sales support efficiencies and services in order to ensure retention of clients
    • Ensure client query responses are of high quality by monitoring client delivery constrains and escalate exceptions to manager
    • Handle all aspects of Insurance claims for clients including relevant documentation, liaising with insurance company and advising clients
    • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
    • Ensure timely completion of general administrative tasks during execution of insurance claims to provide accurate and quality deliverables
    • Provide timeous and accurate Management Information.
    • Manage own development to increase own competencies
