    Account Sales Consultant - Sage 300

    Key Responsibilities:

    Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio;

    • Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
    • Identifying new solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services.
    • Progressively manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve
    • a Gross Profit result in line with monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
    • Upkeep of electronic records using marketing, sales and training-based technologies (CRM).
    • High level project management of all new contracts and services to the prescribed clients.
    • Provide detailed information and reports to management of the division as and when required.
    • Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and as and when required basis.
    • Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service and suppliers provide consistent services.
    • Managing a range of customer projects at any one time.
    • Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
    • Assisting the Marketing Executive with content of company literature and out-going correspondence collecting and signing up new case study clients.
    • To undertake tasks and projects as agreed that are within jobholder’s experience, skills and capabilities.

    Skills, know-how and experience:

    • Background in Accounting Advanced sales experience selling ERP solutions

    Sales Account Executive - Payroll

    Key Responsibilities

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

    • Meet Sage HR & Payroll sales quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by executing the prescribed sales and marketing business development strategy.
    • New Customer Acquisition (NCA) – Identify and maintain accounts to be targeted by working with the Sales Manager to execute a focused Sage HR & Payroll NCA sales strategy towards ACV revenue contribution.
    • Manage partner opportunities from inception to completion in line with the NCA accounts strategy. Support the Business Partners as requested in executing sales and marketing activities relative to revenue generating activities.
    • Arrange and attend site visits to meet with existing and new potential customers in line with the sales strategy.
    • Ensure that a comprehensive cost-benefit and needs analysis of the prospect is completed and professionally presented, utilizing the available toolsets and Sage collateral.
    • Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
    • Manage the delivery of the demo by either demonstration the solution or using the pre-sale demo team to ensure all pre-defined business.
    • Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and competitor activities.
    • Consistent reaching out to existing customers and ensure long-term relationships with Sage.
    • Proactively and effectively manage each qualified sales opportunity in Salesforce by ensuring that all strategic documents, information, key people, and close plans are succinctly articulated and made transparent throughout the sales life cycle until completed.
    • Ensure that forecast is accurate and reflective of the status.
    • Updates are required on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with daily revisions to key information.
    • Demonstrate time management maturity by managing your diary to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals.
    • Support and promote Sage through active participation on social media – LinkedIn.

    Skills, know-how and experience:

    Must have:

    • Degree or diploma or equivalent qualification (Financial, business or IT related)
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer facing sales
    • Previous Sales experience in HR and Payroll
    • Strong presentation/demo skills
    • Self-starter and independent thinker with the attitude to work while having a clear understanding of driving results.
    • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to creatively sell to all decision-making levels.
    • Continues interaction and relationship building with Business Partners. A team player with ability to share knowledge.
    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

    Technical / professional qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification (Financial, business or IT related)
    • Payroll and HR knowledge

    Key performance indicators:

    • Quota Achievement, measured monthly, quarterly, and annually.
    • Accurate Salesforce Forecasting daily (committed and Best-case deals). To be tracked weekly.
    • Canvassing and adding NCA logos, measured per quarter.

    People Business Partner

    Key Responsibilities

    • As an integral part of the Country leadership team, partners with senior leaders in the Country to understand the business strategy.
    • Creates and delivers people strategies and plans to underpin the business strategy, ensuring change initiatives and solutions drive efficiency and optimal employee performance and engagement.
    • Leads any change that is specific to the Country. Collaborates with Functional People Business Partners regarding Function-led change that impacts the team in the country and ensures effective local communication and implementation.
    • Leads on employee relations activities in the country, responsible for colleague engagement and for leading union/works council/colleague representative negotiations and consultations, as appropriate.
    • Owns and implements the key People processes (e.g. talent review, succession planning, performance management) for all resources in the country (function and non-function). Gives input to Function People BPs on function-specific training needs, identified stars and potential successors, etc. in the country.
    • Leads salary and bonus planning for country teams with the Country leaders in line with Group policy and processes.
    • Owns the total headcount in the country, responsible for data accuracy and approval to hire and remove colleagues
    • Ensures alignment with People Services on in-country operational processes
    • Works with CoEs (Reward & Recognition, Learning & Development, Resourcing & Talent) to define country-specific requirements to be implemented. Supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Group People policies by providing business insights and priorities to the CoEs and by deploying agreed methods and frameworks for People initiatives within the Country.
    • Champions and drives adoption of the service delivery model within the business and collaborates with People Services Hub Managers to ensure effective delivery of people services strategy for the Country.
    • Develops Employee Relations Specialist (where appropriate) through effective performance management techniques to enhance capability

    Skills, know-how and experience:

    • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships with individual stakeholders and groups and become a trusted and credible strategic partner, coaching and influencing business leaders.
    • Experience as a change leader with the ability to identify areas that would benefit from change and then drive this through to completion.
    • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, having influenced line managers and driven/implemented HR strategy.
    • Proven ability to operate in a matrixed business environment and within a People shared services model.
    • Substantial knowledge and experience of best in class HR, covering the full HR cycle, systems, policies and relevant legislation, as well as of the business strategy and needs.
    • Deep employee relations experience, with experience of negotiating productively with trade unions and works councils.
    • Previous line management experience.
    • Proficiency in English language, with strong verbal and written skills.

    • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to learning through continuous educational development.

    Technical / professional qualifications:

    • Bachelors / Masters degree
    • Functional qualification / membership of associated professional body (e.g. CIPD or equivalent)
