    Mulesoft Developers - Johannesburg

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Architect

    Experience required:

    • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing MuleSoft solutions, with a focus on API-led connectivity and data integration.
    • Experience in designing, implementing, and optimising scalable integration architectures.
    • Experience in stakeholder management and translating business requirements into technical solutions
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within MuleSoft development or integration projects
    • Extensive expertise in MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform and/or related technologies
    • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource management

    Responsibilities of role:

    Architectural Design:

    • Design and architect end-to-end MuleSoft solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Stay abreast of the latest MuleSoft capabilities and updates, applying this knowledge to solution design.
    • Lead and contribute to the development of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
    • Lead client workshops to gather and finalize integration requirements.
    • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.
    • Produce comprehensive design documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, data models, and integration flowcharts.
    • Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure alignment with design specifications.
    • Lead a team of MuleSoft developers, providing technical guidance, oversight, and mentorship
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of MuleSoft projects.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Commercial

    • Producing proposals & working cross team to present proposals
    • Review of proposals during the pre-sales process to ensure proposal accuracy
    • Working with the commercial team to ensure a smooth handover in to Delivery processes
    • Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable resourcing planning
    • Ability to balance required engagement skills with commercial profitability

    General

    • Maintain Mulesoft certification
    • Maintain and improve internal team skills, processes and ways of working.
    • Manage, mentor and coach other colleagues.
    • Participate in the PwC culture, practices and teams.

    Experience required:

    • 2-4 years working experience in related field

    Responsibilities of role:

    •  Auditing of asset retirement, mine rehabilitation and closure liability estimations. Includes  the auditing of systems, controls and quantitative and qualitative data and information,  along with assessing the liability estimation report content as a whole. Supporting the broader team on methodology will involve developing tools and  techniques, presenting on internal training, being part of internal teams to evolve and  develop this speciality and being the technical support to specific engagements. Specific  outputs with regard to client assignments include: 
    • Ensuring proper planning and documentation of fieldwork.   
    • Preparing draft reports.  
    • Managing teams. 
    • Identifying weaknesses in procedures, systems and controls.  
    • Assessing and analysing information obtained and interpreting findings.
    • Delivering value added services to clients.  
    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients. 
    • Auditing of sustainable development reports includes the auditing of systems,  controls and quantitative and qualitative data and information, along with  assessing the report content. Candidate should have practical and technical  experience in ESG reporting, GRI Standards, SASB, Climate Bonds and/or Green  Bond verification, TCFD and sustainability report assurance (ISAE3000). Specific outputs with regard to client assignments include: 
    • Ensuring proper and timely documentation of fieldwork, including the audit of key  performance indicators.
