    Human Resource Business Partner

    Description

    The Human Resources Business Partner administers and manages the People Management-related agenda at the Internal Client (Business Unit).

    Technical Work Responsibilities

    • HR Delivery
    • HR-transactional duties
    • Payroll Management
    • Project Management
    • Change Management
    • Facilitation of the full HR Process

    Duties:

    • Consult and liaise with all Role Players regarding change in the area of an existing Business Unit which may have an impact on the compliance of the Business Unit
    • Serve as liaison between the Business Unit, Essential Services and other Business Units
    • Liaise with Role Players and informing them of any changes and challenges
    • Acts as a single point of contact for the Employees and Managers within the Business Unit
    • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the Client’s Site?
    • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
    • Builds a strong business relationship with the Internal Client
    • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover Risks
    • Recruits personally the Key Talent for the Internal Client
    • Facilitates the Management Team to bring best solutions for Employees
    • Acts as the Performance Improvement Driver and promotes positive changes in People

    Management

    • Designs and maintains Organization Vitality Charts as the performance of the Business Unitimproves
    • Challenges the Organizational Structure of the Internal Client and proposes changes
    • Handle and solve Employee Relations issues and queries within the Business Unit
    • Facilitate all HR Administration for the Business Unit
    • Ensure an effective Induction to the Business Unit for New Employees
    • Manage Employee exits
    • Work closely with the Business Unit Training Coordinator to ensure that Employee development

      needs are met

    • Participate in proactive Team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
    • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures according to prescribed procedures

      and legislation

    • Report all unsafe activities to Senior Management/Human Resources

    Adhere and maintain Decision making authority as allocated to the position.

    Requirements

    Education

    • Human Resources degree/diploma or studying towards an HR degree/diploma

     Advantageous

    • A qualification or professional membership related to Recruitment Software 

    Experience

    • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or Officer position
    • Knowledge of the BCEA, OHS, LRA and EE/AA/BBBEE

    Requirements

    • SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa
    • Valid Driver’s license
    • Own car
    • Minimal/Moderate/Excessive overnight travel (up to 30%) by land or air if required
    • Willing to work overtime
    • Computer profiency

    Data Monitor

    Description

    Responsible for the ongoing analysis of health care information, obtained from a variety of sources in all data collection and analysis activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency       from start to finish for all programmes

    (Decanting, 1st 90 and Clinical Associates) and projects, both new and established throughout the CompanyTechnical Work Responsibilities

    • Define problems, collect data, establish patterns and draw valid conclusions
    • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form including several abstract and concrete variables
    • Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
    • Compute rate, ratio and percent
    • Create and interpret graphs
    • Analysing file structure, using and creating file layouts
    • Transforming raw data into the required information
    • Interpret various types and sources of health care information
    • Generate detailed reports utilising complex data

    Requirements

    Education

    • Grade 12

    Advantageous

    • GCP certificate
    • Relevant Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree 

    Experience

    • At least 2-3 years’ data capturing experience
    • At least 2 years’ experience in the health industry
