    SAP Junior Bookkeeper

You’ll conduct monthly account reconciliations, assist with financial statements up to Trial Balance, and maintain an orderly accounting filing system.     What you’ll need

    • The perfect candidate brings at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience up to Trial Balance, preferably in a fast-paced FMCG environment, coupled with SAP system proficiency. A financial tertiary education is ideal, though a matric qualification is the minimum. Your strengths include a profound understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, expertise in MS Office (especially Excel), and the ability to process financial information accurately. You’ll ideally have your own transport but essentially have no transportation issues to get to the office and back.

    Wealth Manager Assistant

    Personal Assistant - Greenpoint

    • You’re on the ball, you love doing a variety of tasks, assisting and being of service.

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • This is a unique role in that you’ll be assisting a Business Owner that lives in France, has businesses in the UK but you’ll be based at an Accounting firm in Greenpoint. The Accounting firm will hire you and you’ll work directly for their family office that provides multiple services to this Business Owner.
    • The role will be a variety of tasks from your standard PA duties like travel arrangements but there’ll also be other admin related tasks like dealing with insurance companies and doing various tasks for his different businesses.
    • Basically you will have varied tasks and there will be times you will be quieter and other times where there’ll be events overseas or lots of travel and you’ll be busier. So there is a bit of fluidity and we’re needing someone flexible and happy with that type of set up.
    • You will need to comfortable travelling overseas at least once a year for a couple of days as the Business Owner will be overseas.

    What you’ll need

    • We’re looking for an experienced Assistant with a minimum of a matric qualification. You’ll need to be happy to be hands on, assisting with a variety of tasks and if you have some sort of financial experience or basic understanding that will be great. However, the financial type work will mainly be capturing and that will be trained. We’re looking for someone that is happy to step in where needed as everyone is driven to assist the company to succeed.
    • You’ll need to be extremely organised and keep great records/documentation, you’ll have excellent attention to detail, work well under pressure excellent time management goes without saying. You’ll have great MS Office skills.
