    Outbound Planner - GDC - Muldersdrift

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
    • 3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Awareness of industry trends and Boxer's market positioning.
    • Attention to detail and ability to understand different income levels.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Promotional Lines Forecast: Attend promotional sign-off meetings, finalize lines and pricing, and create cube reports for stock levels and orders.
    • Monitor Store Stock Position: Review out-of-stock and overstock reports, allocate stock efficiently, and manage post-promotion stock uplift.
    • Manage New Store Order Fulfilment: Convert orders into actionable plans, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth operations for new store setups.
    • Maintain DC Help Desk: Log and track queries, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with the supply chain.
    • Collaborate on Planning: Work closely with store and regional managers to plan promotions, deliveries, and address queries.
    • Allocation of Stock to Stores: Identify key lines, plan deliveries, and collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal stock levels at stores.
    • Monitor Store Replenishment: Review cycle deliveries and ensure accurate stock ordering by stores.
    • Check Back Orders: Identify and address issues with back orders, ensuring smooth operations.
