    Production Manager

    Requirements: 

    • Degree in business administration or similar field 
    • Experience as Production Manager
    • Deep knowledge of production management
    • Understanding of quality standards, health & safety regulations
    • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
    • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
    • Proficient in MS Office 
    • Outstanding communication ability
    • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

    Key responsibilities:

    • Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
    • Estimate costs and prepare budgets
    • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
    • Monitor production to resolve issues
    • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
    • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
    • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
    • Ensure output meets quality standards

    Graphic Designer

    Requirements: 

    • Degree in Graphic design or related field 
    • 2 years working experience as Graphic designer 
    • Good knowledge of graphic design software’s/tools
    • Affinity for creativity  
    • Layout design skills

    Key responsibilities:

    • Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts

    • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar 
    • Translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
    • Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software
    • Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts
    • Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create media
    • Articulating and pitching design concepts to clients, art directors and others

    Production Facilitator

    Our client, one of Africa’s first premium wellness retail brand, is currently looking for an experienced Production Facilitator. Their concept is it to create the next generation of wellness rituals, engineered by nature to restore balance.

    With dispensaries in Cape Town and Gauteng the brand continues to grow with a strong focus on the retail experience in store as well as online.

    In this role you’ll help ensure the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. The role is specifically focussed on print-media for the different departments within their retail business (branding, communication, merchandising and product) and will cover two brands.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in production facilitation

    • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach 
    • Ideally, strong existing relationships with suppliers 

    Key responsibilities:

    • lanning, organising and executing production schedules
    • Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timelines with suppliers and across the team
    • Liaise with design, marketing and merchandise managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements 
    • Negotiate with and manage suppliers from brief stage through to delivery  
    • Estimate costs and prepare accurate quotations, negotiating beneficial rates for a high-quality output consistently 
    • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines 
    • Monitor production to resolve issues and ensure on time delivery
    • Apply strong decision-making skills with a results-driven approach, while keeping all stakeholders in the know 
    • Ensure output meets high quality standards 
    • Create and implement systems and processes to ensure effective communication and workflow where necessary, establishing a highly functioning work unit 
    • Report to management

    Digital Content Creator

    Requirements:

    • Degree or diploma in brand communication, advertising or marketingStrong bias towards or an elective in graphic / multimedia design
    • Experience in copywriting advantageous
    • Experience as Digital UI design
    • Ability to design for online advertising platforms e.g. Social media, Google display network
    • Knowledge in web use / customer analytics such as Google analytics / mixpanel
    • Knowledge in online content management systems - Wordpress or similar
    • Video scripting and basic editing advatageous
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Key responsibilities:

    • Website collateral and display ads
    • Written copy optimized for online use across websites, social media and notifications
    • Bulk and transactional email templates
    • Assist in digital media planning for two brands
    • Designing display ad creatives as per defined campaigns
    • Designing and compiling transactional emails based on user behaviour on various
    • online platforms
    • Design and manage visual assets on websites via content management systems (Product pack shots, Campaign banners, Product use images and videos)
    • Writing copy for blog posts, notifications and emails to be handed over for editing by community manager
