     KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS 

    Operations:

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA

    • Ensure that efficient and effective start-up, change-over, operations and shutdown procedures are followed
    • Ensure that materials according to packing instruction and table allocations are accounted for and documented for waste and utilization
    • Monitoring the production dashboard accuracy on bins p/h, OEE, downtime and absenteeism Measuring of production tact times, packing per inventory type, strapping, labelling etc.
    • Verify that evaluation of scales, label machines and packing tables machinery are monitored to make sure all of them are working correctly.
    • Monitoring the wet line application according to variety protocols, including monitoring of production associated checklists
    • Review production and marketing plan requirements and formulate the production plans as inputs for the final packing instructions.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12
    • National diploma in safety management/ Risk management/SAMTRAC or relevant qualification and experience will be advantageous.
    • Experience in the Citrus/Agriculture/Food processing industry will be advantageous

    • DALRRD export markets registration& verifications, removal permits, orchards inspections Ensuring good communication on all levels (upwards and downwards) to ensure effective and efficient operations.
