    Sourcing & Procurement Key User

    Job Purpose

    Ensure proper ERP system application and process development. Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Supply-Chain ERP master data. Train end users & provide support to ERP usage.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • ERP Data quality & material master validation
    • Ensure the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for the Supply chain fields and validate data in alignment with Supply chain flows
    • Analyze all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from various departments: warehouse, manufacturing, logistics method, industrialization, sourcing and ensure compliance to Internal Financial rules
    • Analyze ERP error messages specific to master data quality and implement corrective actions
    • ERP technical support & continuous improvement
    • Referent for end users in case ERP dysfunction
    • Ensure Hot-line link with IS&T for all ERP incidents and change requests
    • Write Business specifications and make acceptance test (UAT).
    • Participate in working groups with IT functions and Production Management to optimize the ERP using processes
    • Be the local referent for any support need related to ERP usage
    • Contribute to training documentation issuing at central level and write local documents if necessary
    • Train new entrants & users on their specific area of competence
    • Physical flows (warehouse management and line feeding flows)
    • Procurement flows (purchase orders flow for direct & indirect).
    • Ensure a smooth collaboration between GSI and ARIBA SCC
    • Ensure proper usage of Fiori – Materia Planning Cockpit (MPC)
    • Ensure business roles with needed authorizations (GRC SoD)
    • Contribute to cutover plan elaboration and execute plan
    • Communicate on change management to local management and end-users
    • Ensure the appropriate support to end-users post Go Live

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in (Logistics/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/IT)
    • Experience of 3-5 years in an industrial environment
    • Minimum 3 Years SAP Sourcing & Procurement working
    • Minimum 2 Years SAP ARIBA SCC working
    • Minimum 2 Years FIORI Material Planning Cockpit working
    • ERP: SAP (Sourcing & Procurement)
    • Good knowledge of Sourcing, Industrial, Finance and Supply chain processes
    • Active team player, deadline driven, process driven.
    • experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aviation & Rail Industry
    • Excellent and concise communication.

    Semi Skilled Operator

    Job Purpose

    The purpose of the role is to assemble stainless steel components, sub-assemblies and major assemblies as per specified work procedure, work instruction and Engineering drawings to meet the defined production schedules and quality levels.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • To conduct quality self-inspection of own work before shipping to next station
    •  Maintain 5S condition of the working zone
    •  Maintain safety standards in the department
    •  Drive cost improvement initiatives through continuous improvement
    •  Maintain equipment standards (through TPM schedules)
    • Identify and report any secondary damages
    • Follow task sequencing and Work Instruction Build welded assemblies for new products and     to existing products per engineering
    •  Documents and established production standards
    •  Operating other necessary equipment and performing tasks necessary to complete parts to
    •  Preparing and setup of necessary tools and equipment for welding jobs
    • Arranging of parts for welding and staging processes
    • Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e. continual improvements
    • Review of finished assemblies & parts to ensure accuracy against drawings & WIS
    • Report fabrication issues and assist in resolutions as required.

    Minimum Requirements 

    • Grade 12 with Mathematics & Science or N3
    •  Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing
    • Trade tested in Boiler making  or Welding will be an advantage
    • Manufacturing Industry relevant experience (Assembly, hand tools, Assembly process, Power) .

    Methods & Process Industrial Quality Engineer

    Job Purpose

    Partner with Process Industrial Quality Manager (PIQ) to design and deploy Quality Control Plan to support an external demerit at 0 for Gibela Customer and the ZERO DEFECT PROGRAM..

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams
    • Support Quality activities related to digital tools: Maximo, SharePoint, SAP, GSI, QES & AOS
    • Car history book compilation (Traceability, configuration, updates
    • Support Workstation audit KPI’s:  Planning, execution, analysis and animation
    • Develop and maintain internal and external tool calibration process.
    • Support  APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope
    • Co-ordination of Quality Management System activities and documentation update
    • Support process improvement through data analysis, pareto charts and performance trends
    • Provide technical and administrative support to Industrial Quality team
    • Generating site reports (Defects per units, External Demerits, APSYS, Audits etc.)
    • Updating Quality Database
    • Participate to PFMEA and Control Plan
    • Develop, update and maintain Self Inspection material
    • Participate to design change management process
    • NCR management – Coordinate NCR process Ie. Updating control plans, QRQC/8D problem solving approach and closure

    Minimum Requirements 

    • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, electrical, Industrial Engineering and/or Quality Degree
    • Process knowledge on Quality and at industrial level
    • Experience in Quality environment
    • NCR management expérience on ERP system
    • 1-5 Years experience in a quality role
    • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word, Power Point and Excel
    • Generating weekly/monthly performance reports
    • Configuration change management
    • Problem Solving following 8D methodology
    • Generic Quality process development
