    Purpose Statement

    • Responsible for the development, testing & implementation of digital projects according to delivery standards & specifications.

    Experience

    • 2 - 5 years’ proven experience in software development, project delivery & implementation

    Talent Management Consultant

    Purpose Statement

    • Responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and review of talent management practices and processes within Capitec Bank.
    • Provide guidance and support relating to general Talent Management related policies and practices to the HR COEs, HRBP department, and the organisation.

     
    Experience
    Minimum:

    • At least 3 – 4 years’ proven experience in two or more of the Talent Management elements listed below:
    • Talent identification, development and succession planning practices and processes (in the capacity of a Talent Management consultant, Organisational Development practitioner, end-to-end HR lead or support role)
    • Recruitment and Selection practices and application for talent pipelines (external bursaries, graduate recruitment, etc.)
    • Learning and development practices and application to build and sustain talent pipelines
    • Psychometrics and assessment methodology application
    • Must have proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships
    • Willingness to travel on a frequent basis to engage, identify and build networks with a variety of institutions for talent pipelines (predominantly entry and junior levels)

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Human Resources

    Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

    • Qualified Psychometrist/Psychologist registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

    Data Engineer - Pipeline

     Purpose Statement

    •  To contribute to the design and development of new applications / systems to meet the business requirements of Data & Analytics environment.
    • To analyse business or system requirements and data to enhance understanding of the Data & Analytics environment.
    •  Participate in and provide input to the Architect during the compilation of solution design documentation (technical specification) for new and existing Data and Analytics products and systems.

    Experience & Skills
    Minimum:

    • A relevant 3 year tertiary qualification (degree / diploma) and at least 4-6 years' proven experience within management information systems / systems analysis.
    • OR
    • At least 4-8 years' proven experience within management information systems / system analysis
    • Proven experience in:
    • SQL Server and / or business intelligence tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
