- Sales and business development experience; selling Contact Centre Applications, Technology, Infrastructure and selling to customers moving Contact Centre solutions to the cloud
- Track record of building rapport with C-level stakeholders, and working with global system integrators, ISV and boutique technology partners
- Building close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts
- Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners. You've not only carried quotas, you've consistently exceeded them by doing the right thing for your customer
- Presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences in fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud computing technologies/companies
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certified
- Experience in CRM and/or adjacent technologies
- Experience in AI/ML, Analytics

Responsibilities include: As Senior Consultant you will lead complex projects with autonomy and discretion, often involving multiple Amazon and customer teams.
You will work with customers and partners, leading them through planning, prioritization and delivery of complex transformation initiatives, while collaborating with relevant Sales and Service Teams. You will design and deliver solutions that solve for new levels of complexity, scale and performance, and in turn, enable breakthrough innovations. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in leading large-scale migration programs with hands-on expertise in two or more of the following domains: migration strategy design, migration business case creation, application portfolio analysis, application assessment, migration process design, migration tool implementation, migration execution, or operational integration.
- 5+ years of experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles
- Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment
- Good experience with agile project management methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a program management role or similar
- Experience with migrating applications from on-premises to the AWS Cloud
- Hands-on experience with deploying and using migration tools (e.g. Double-Take, Racemi)
- Exposure to the AWS platform and its compute, storage, networking and migration services
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or Math
- Understanding of virtualization technologies and system architectures that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability
- Presenting at public events such as technology conferences, hackathons, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- 8+ years of experience of Data platform implementation
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and performance tuning of Kinesis, Kafka, Spark or similar implementations
- Hands on experience with building data or machine learning pipeline
- Experience with one or more relevant tools (Flink, Spark, Sqoop, Flume, Kafka, Amazon Kinesis)
- Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc)
