    Supplier Due Diligence Administrator

    Job Purpose

    • To provide quality and accurate business administrative support services to internal and external stakeholders enabling Nedbank to achieve its business goals.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Action stakeholder requests by capturing and processing the administration request on the relevant system.
    • Ensure collection of B-BBEE certificates from suppliers are captured and verified 
    • Responsible for ongoing supplier due diligence
    • Monitoring of supplier risk  
    • Minimise financial and reputational risk by ensuring accuracy of processing activities.
    • Provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders by generating and making available relevant reports and MIS.
    • Meet and exceed internal and external client needs by timeously responding to queries and actioning the request within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Ensure to follow through relevant tasks by monitoring and verifying the process flow till completion.
    • Ensure to verify and authenticate reports, data and transactions by physically extracting, generating and checking reports from the system.
    • Prepare s month end packs for management .and various committees
    • Escalate any anomalies s to relevant stakeholders.
    • Keep abreast of legislation and other industry changes that impacts on role by reading the relevant newsletters, websites and attending sessions.
    • Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and demonstrate the values through interaction with team and stakeholders.

    Project Manager

    Job Purpose

    • To plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of enterprise-wide projects, Wealth Management projects and/or all other team deliverables to ensure that project goals are accomplished and to develop project plans/ team roadmaps, specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources, in line with the business strategy. The Agile Project Manager will also monitor and report on project and team deliverable progress, run agile ceremonies, and provide mentorship and coaching on agile best practices. The Agile Project Manager will also ensuring the team is working on the right tasks at the right time, working closely with the product manager to translate epics, stories, and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for the delivery team

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage delivery of large and complex projects according to prevailing project management methodology and other team workstreams as per the governance models.

    Operations And Administration -Central

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure that relevant process are adminsitered;maintained and supported to meet the requirements of the department and business; in line with the Groups strategy.To support business by ensuring relevant processes are administered and meet business requirements.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Processing of financial transactions;
    • Processing legal fees payments;
    • Placing unallocated funds (Home loans and SAP facilities)
