    Team Leader: New Vehicle Sales Executive

    Job Description    
    Job Purpose:

    • The successful candidate will be responsible to oversee the New Vehicle Sales department and maximize on sales and profitability to achieve targets and sales forecast commitments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through the execution  the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
    • Specific Role Responsibilities    

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maximizing sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast.
    • Developing the necessary sales organization to meet sales and profitability objectives.Ensuring optimum stock of vehicles on premises.
    • Ensuring cost control to budget within the department.
    • Ensure adequate product display material is available.
    • Review all pricing policies, discounts and "trade-in" dealing to maintain Dealership profitability.
    • Monitor financial performance of sales department weekly.
    • Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with timeously and effectively.
    • Ensure that departmental customer satisfaction/ expectation targets are met.
    • Ensure direct and indirect costs remain within Company prescribed parameters.
    • Establish the staffing levels and the training required to achieve sales objectives.
    • Ensure that all floorplan activities are monitored.Ensure stock level is kept within company policy requirements.
    • Maximize sale of back-end products.Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues.
    • Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement.
    • Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability.
    • Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
    • Provide advice and support to customer and their requirements in order to achieve & maintain set customer service excellence standards.
    • Contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns aimed at the increase of new vehicle sales.
    • Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow-up with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Adhere to legal compliance to the FICA regulation, POPI Act and Customer Protection Act.
    • Process all leads of prospective customers and follow-up on possible sales.
    • Pursue and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of vehicle sales in line with set targets.
    • Manage the effective resolution of customer complaints, ensuring problems are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to prevent financial losses.
    • Deliver work activities adequately to satisfy internal and external customers.
    • Contribute to a culture of customer service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback as well as exceptional service delivery.

    Qualifications and Experience    

    Minimum Requirements:
    Min Matric Qualification.

    • Min 3 years in a Team Leader/Supervisory role.
    • 3-5 years work experience in the motor sales industry as a sales executive.
    • Someone with good telephonic and customer engaging skills and sales experience.
    • A valid South African driver's license.

    Stock Controller: Vehicle Stock Kia South Africa

    Job Description    

    • The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering stock control support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

    Specific Role Responsibilities    
    Tasks:

    Checking of Vehicles:

    • All vehicles are to checked for any damages scratches/dents.
    • Ensure vin no's agree to delivery note.
    • Ensure spare keys, spare tyre, lighters, tools are in vehicle.
    • Record all damages, tools/spare tyre, lighter not received on delivery note.

    Claims Against Carriers:

    • Notify carrier co in writing via fax/email of any claims within 24 hours.
    • Obtain quotes for any damage.
    • Obtain order from carrier co for damage caused by them.
    • Follow up on repairs weekly.

    Stocking of Vehicle:

    • Ensure vehicles are stocked correctly, and attention paid to detail.
    • Ensure correct paper trail of vehicles stocked and vehicles sold. (Deal files/stock numbers etc)
    • Tag both keys and split spare keys. (Lock up separately with tools until sold).
    • Follow up on long outstanding transit vehicles (More than 14 Days)

    Key Control:

    • All keys to be locked away in key safe.
    • Key cabinet to be locked at all times.
    • Ensure a key register is in place and all keys to be booked in and out.
    • Spare keys to be split on receipt of vehicle.

    Vehicle Stock take:

    • Stock takes to be performed every week, where possible.
    • Proper reconciliation to be carried out.
    • All vehicles not on premises to have supporting documentation E.g.. Loan forms/letter from suppliers/panel beaters consignment forms etc, verifying that vehicle are on their premises and why.
    • Reconciliation to be signed by MA and departmental manager.
    • Recons should state vehicles on floor and not on stock sheet and vice versa.
    • Any irregularities should be brought to the DP's knowledge immediately.

    Invoicing of Vehicle:

    • To ensure all invoicing is done accurately and timeously.
    • To arrange with dealers on collection of Natis and Spare keys for vehicles invoiced. And to courier outlying dealers.
    • To liaise with Kia Distribution on Deliveries of vehicles invoiced.
    • To ensure that all debtor vat registration numbers appear on invoice.
    • Ensure all trade ins have been brought into stock at correctly stand in value.
    • Ensure all buy-ins/trade-ins have been brought into stock at correctly stand in value.
    • Ensure all Natis and Spare keys are couriered timeously to dealers.

    Month end reports:

    • Used vehicle stock reports.
    • Used vehicle sales reports.
    • Stock take.
    • Other - As and when required.

    Qualifications and Experience    
    Min Matric Qualification

    • 3+ years’ experience as a Stock Controller in the automotive retail industry.
    • Autoline/Drive system experience preferable.

    Parts Sales Executive Kia South Africa

    Job Description    

    • The successful candidate will deliver sales in order to process parts counter sales transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures. Required to do counter and telesales.

    Specific Role Responsibilities    

    • Oversee dealer invoicing
    • Liaise with mobis 
    • Invoicing e-comms
    • Analyzation of dealer back orders
    • Oversee opening and close of warehouse
    • Assist in perpetual stock count when necessary

    Qualifications and Experience    
    Matric

    • Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates
    • 2 - 5 years' experience as a parts sales executive, with a proven track record.
    • Autoline or Kerridge experience
    • Dialogys & Microcat experience
