    Operations Administrator

    Operations Administrator

    • We are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join an innovative company which specialises in focused equipment rental and industrial services such as manufacturing, erecting and managing integrated building solutions. The ideal candidate will join the company at their branch in either Boksburg or Pomona, Johannesburg.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Essential: Matric
    • Beneficial: Relevant tertiary administrative qualification.
    • Proven experience and knowledge with either:
      • Sage
      • Syrinx
      • SAGE
      • Accpac
      • Pastel
      • SAP

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Capturing monthly unit stock counts and submitting them to the rental and sales department.
    • Keeping the attendance register in Boksburg up to date.
    • Required to process paperwork which relates to Syrinx and Sage ensuring that data has accurately been processed and captured on the system.
    • Filing out the operations paperwork.
    • Responsible for keeping the Hilti Asset Tracking System maintained.
    • Required to oversee the siting team costs and allocate them to the applicable branch.
    • Capture the weekly stock counts of materials in stores, then forward the stock count to Finance for review.
    • Capture the forklift hours.
    • Responsible for collecting and submitting time sheets to wages.
    • Operational and refurbishment costs need to be allocated to the applicable departments.
    • Provide assistance with quarterly stock takes.
    • Costs to works orders should be allocated based on sub-assemblies on Sage.
    • Required to generate goods received vouchers on Sage.
    • Help visitors get to the correct section.
    • Log diesel fill-ups and consumption from the bowser to ensure no abnormal usage.
    • Required to generate purchase orders on Syrinx and those which relate to siting on Sage.

    • We are currently recruiting for a Broker, that specialises in short term and Life Insurance based in Johannesburg East.  The company specialise in financial planning for medical practitioners and the successful candidate should come with 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric.
    • NQF4 in short – term insurance or relevant financial qualification.
    • Completed RE5 exams.
    • Minimum 3 years personal and commercial lines experience required.
    • Knowledge of the FAIS, FICA and POPI acts.
    • Vehicle and valid Driver License.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Managing of the Administrative assistant, the Broker is provided with administrative support who will assist with quotations and servicing requests.
    • Servicing, maintenance, and reviews of clients on their existing book.
    • Sales of new policies, minimum of 10 policies per Month.

    • We are currently recruiting for a Claims Assistant for one of our clients that specialise in the financial planning for medical practitioners based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. The successful candidate should come with 3 years’ experience with motor and non – motor claims.

    Minimum requirements

    • Matric.
    • RE5: First level exam.
    • Studying towards a relevant NQF 4.
    • Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist clients with insurance claims forms and provide necessary documentation.
    • Provide guidance to clients on the claims process including how to best navigate any challenges.
    • Communicating with insurance providers and adjusters on the behalf of the client to assist resolving any problems.
    • Provide updates to the clients on the status of the claim.
    • Gathering and organizing claim information and documentation.
    • Claim registrations.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of claim activities and communications.
    • Assisting with the investigation and resolution of claims, including conducting research, reviewing policy wording, and calculating claim payments.

    Bookkeeper - Dolphin Coast

    • We are recruiting for a Bookkeeper for one of our clients within the Financial Planning for Medical Practitioners, that would be based in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful candidate should come with at least 1 year experience within the Finance/Accounting industry.

    • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
    • Assist client with queries
    • Any other duties instructed by management within a reasonable scope
