    BDM & Account Manager

    Job description

    JOB PURPOSE

    • Maximize sell out & growth in retail and mobile operator accounts. Ensure best possible customer experience around our products in account points of sale.
    • Develop the mass market business with products and accessories. Increase sales within current chain stores.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Business Development
      • Identify opportunities for growth in each partner account.
      • Build a comprehensive business plan which includes clear goals, actions, timeline to achieve this potential.
      • Obtain buy in from account at all levels required for successful implementation.
      • High level account intelligence
      • Drive implementation of plan with each account & monitor effectiveness at end of each quarter.
      • Grow profitability for our business in your accounts.
      • Relationship building and networking with Mobile Networks
    • Sales Management
      • Achieve sales / growth targets.
      • Weekly stock management & sell out management
      • Manage partner Co-op advertising.
      • Maximize revenue opportunity in each account through sales of accessories and other “connect” products.
    • Administration & Stock Planning
      • Key contact relationship management
      • Stock planning
      • Account planning, quarterly review, operating and marketing plans
    • In store representation
      • Maximize product positioning in store
      • Facilitation of training and other activities to deliver customer experience in store.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Matric, Tertiary preferred

    EXPERIENCE

    7 years related experience

    iStore Senior Store Manager

    Job description

    iStore is looking for a passionate leader who can manage a fast paced environment. We are obsessed with delivering a great customer experience every time, so we are seeking an individual to lead a dynamic team to this goal and ensure that the iStore achieves and exceeds unit, financial and developmental targets. Your duties will be overall responsibility and accountability for the iStore. This includes the full management function in terms of finance, operations, stock and staff.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Matric qualification but tertiary is preferred
    • At least 5 years experience managing a team
    • Experience in a target driven environment
    • Experience running a high turnover business
    • Ability to handle complexity
    • Leadership and staff management skills
    • Technically savvy
