    Clerk Sales Administration x3 - Cape Town HQ

    Responsibilities

    What are we looking for?

    • Interpret Trading Terms and capture of all signed-off and compliant Trade Agreements in SAP to ensure accurate provisions.
    • Maintain a meticulous and current Trade Agreement Summary listing of all trading terms which indicates whether the allowance results in a tax invoice, credit note or debit note being issued as per SARS BINDING GENERAL RULING (VAT): NO. 6 (ISSUE 2).
    • Follow-up with Customer Managers on trading terms that are going to expire or have expired until new trading terms are provided.
    • Investigate and provide comments on the monthly Rebate Validation Report calculating actual Income Statement rebate % accrued validating against PY and trading term.
    • Calculate, prepare & generate accurate settlement of all rebate payments and claimed deductions in accordance with valid trading terms for release by Sales Admin Controller Rebates.
    • Investigate and provide comments on monthly Rebate Recon discrepancies identified and executing corrective actions.
    • Comply to Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreements and policies.
    • Internal, External and SARS audits > Accountable & Executing Actions.

    Qualifications

    What will qualify you for this role?

    • Qualification – Matric but a tertiary qualification in either Business Management/Finance would be advantageous

    Facilities Assistant - Isando Plant Snacks

    Responsibilities

    General Maintenance:

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, equipment lubrication, etc.
    • Inspect buildings and equipment for any issues or potential problems.

    Repairs:

    • Repair or replace broken or damaged items such as doors, windows, locks, walls, etc.
    • Fix plumbing issues, including unclogging drains and repairing leaks.
    • Repair or replace electrical fixtures and appliances (basic electrical work).

    Installation:

    • Install new appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
    • Hang shelves, pictures, mirrors, and other items securely.

    Carpentry:

    Painting

    • Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.

    Emergency Repairs:

    • Respond to emergency repair requests promptly, such as fixing burst pipes or securing premises.

    Safety and Compliance:

    • Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.

    Problem-Solving:

    • Diagnose problems accurately and propose effective solutions.

    Tools and Equipment Management:

    Technical

    Safety

    • Thorough knowledge of current and accepted occupational safety and health practices and principles to include safety and equipment design regulations.

    Behaviour/Skill

    • The person should be a self-starter with innovative technical abilities.
    • The person has to have analytical abilities to resolve mechanical plant breakdowns with permanent solutions.   
    • The endurance level of this individual has to be above average because of long hours and sometimes-physical activities.
    • Ability to work shifts.
    • The person must be a team player with ability to communicate precisely and engage different stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12.
    • N3 mechanical/electrical/civil engineering qualification.
    • Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in the FMCG environment.
    • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software (CMMS Systems -SAP/On Key/JD Edwards etc).

    • Updated and implemented QA procedures
    • Conducted and moderated internal and external QM audits, AIB Audit
    • Tested and controlled raw materials, packaging & finished products, resolved customer complaints & product returns
    • Managed own team and trained employees on QM systems, policies & procedures
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that procedures are followed correctly at Production level

    Qualifications

    • Food Science/Food Technology or related qualification or any other relevant qualification

    What we’re looking for:

    • Leads the sourcing of Packaging categories, with a spend of $160MM, for all PepsiCo divisions in South Africa (Foods, Beverages, Snacks, Grains & Bakeries).     • Develops effective communications with operating divisions and departments on commitments, costs, timing and performance of suppliers in regard to Packaging categories.
    • Ensures that all suppliers comply with PepsiCo’s Supplier Code of Conduct and are approved in accordance with PepsiCo’s global standards and processes.
    • Includes domestic and international travel for Business reviews and supplier meetings/audits.

    Qualifications
